The prison has one Director, one Secretary, six Sections - Investigation section, Edification and Education, Sanitation and Health section, Guard and Control section and General Affairs section, and three Offices of Personnel, Accounting, overnment Ethics. The chiefs of these Sections and Offices organize several Directional Committees to oversee operations of investigation and classification, rehabilitation and education, health and hygiene, and vocational skill training.

The expected number of staff is 147.
