Goes south along Taiwan Provincial Highway Number 9 Road in 365 kilometers place right-turns, if goes to the north ,then left-turns at the intersection.

Taking Bus

Get off at Taitung Railway Station and transfer to Bus  the Chinshan-Lidou line bus of Eastern Top Transport–Mountain Route to the Dong-Cheng stop.
